Part-Time Office Allrounder – Windsor Area
We are looking for a mature person. You MUST have good IT skills; know your way around the computer. You MUST have excellent MYOB skills. This is not a job that has a specific job description.
You will need to be prepared to do the following:
- General office filing
- Data entry
- Updating MYOB
- Write letters
- Scan documents
- Check mail
- Drop off or pick up documents locally
- Tidy office
- Clean kitchen area
- Generally look after the office.
This will be a very rewarding job and is a fun & friendly but serious workplace. Hours are negotiable so would suit a Mature Mum. This job requires someone who is caring, patient, sensible, can work alone, be able to pre-empt things that need to be done. The basic job is keeping the office going and keeping on top of the paperwork, someone computer savvy is definitely a MUST. Also as mentioned, MYOB is a must. We need someone that is capable of running MYOB and is capable of tracking errors that may have been made and someone who is comfortable with BAS. It is a family business and we would like someone who will be happy to stay for the long haul. It is a very comfortable place to work with a very fair boss.
